Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 2 Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers for topping
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well-incorporated and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Cover the jars or containers with the lids and place them in the refrigerator. Let them sit overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  5. When ready to serve, give the oats a good stir. Top each serving with crushed graham crackers and a few extra strawberry slices for decoration.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve in clear jars to showcase the layers and garnish with fresh mint.
