Ingredients
- 4 whole ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle in the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, stirring gently to mix the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add honey for a touch of sweetness and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- While the mixture is marinating, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sliced baguette or Italian bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil on each slice.
