Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 2 Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 2 fresh blueberries (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2 cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, reserving a few for topping later.
  3. Divide the mixture equally into two jars or containers with lids. Make sure to layer the oats and blueberries to create a marbled effect.
  4. Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  5. When ready to serve, give the oats a good stir. Top with additional fresh blueberries and a dollop of Greek yogurt if desired.
  6. Enjoy your blueberry cheesecake overnight oats cold, straight from the jar, or transfer to a bowl for a cozy morning treat.

💡 Chef's Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
