Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it’s fully melted and starts to bubble.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.

Add the shrimp into the skillet, arranging them in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink.

Flip the shrimp over and pour the fresh lemon juice over them. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked through and opaque.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Mix until the shrimp is well coated with the garlic butter sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 2-4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the garlic butter shrimp over a bed of fluffy white rice or alongside a fresh garden salad. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges for a vibrant touch.
