Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and ground cumin to the blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the dip is too thick, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper according to your preference, blending again to mix.
Transfer the crema dip to a serving bowl and, if desired, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
