Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Optional: 1/2 cup spinach leaves for added crunch

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Lay one tortilla on a flat surface. Spread approximately 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

If using, add a layer of spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese mixture for extra crunch.

Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays in place. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Once firm, remove the pinwheels from the fridge. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and, for an extra pop, garnish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions or bacon bits on top before serving.
