Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 slices of beef bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual biscuits.

On a clean surface, flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture (about 2 tablespoons) in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal and create a bomb shape. Ensure that the filling is completely enclosed.

Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of each bomb with the beaten egg to give them a golden brown finish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added flavor and texture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit dough is puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
