8 oz. egg noodles

1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced

3 cups broccoli florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Sesame seeds for garnish

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until vibrant green but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

      Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

        Stir-Fry the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

          Combine Ingredients: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary. Add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add the cooked egg noodles and red pepper flakes, mixing well.

            Finish the Dish: Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Toss everything together for an additional minute to combine and heat through. Adjust seasoning as needed.

              Serve: Plate the beef and broccoli noodles in large bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for a touch of crunch and color.
