1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon ground paprika

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 pita bread or flatbreads

1 cup tahini sauce

1 cup garlic yogurt sauce (mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt)

1 large cucumber, sliced

1 large tomato, diced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Pickled turnips or jalapeños for topping
