Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate it into 8 individual biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit into a disc, about 4 inches in diameter, using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, ensuring no filling is exposed.

Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds for an added crunch (optional).

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the biscuit tops are golden brown and the filling is cooked through.

Allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving.
