Ingredients

4 large croissants, cut into quarters

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

3 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Arrange the quartered croissants in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries and scatter them over the croissant pieces.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and berries, allowing it to soak in for about 10 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.

Remove the bake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
