8 oz pasta (penne or rotini works well)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the diced chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

      Cook the Bacon: In the same pot, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon from the pot and drain on paper towels.

        Add Tomatoes: In the remaining bacon fat, add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes until they start to soften.

          Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly for about 3 minutes.

            Combine Ingredients: Reduce the heat to low and return the cooked chicken and bacon to the pot. Stir in the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until everything is well coated with the creamy ranch sauce and the cheese is melted.

              Season to Taste: Adjust seasoning if necessary and remove from heat.

                Serve: Plate the pasta in bowls and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
