Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.

In the center of each biscuit, place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough together and pinch to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.

Dip each ball in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they’re well coated, then place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with all the biscuits until the baking sheet is filled.

Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the balls for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Servings: 12 bombs

                        - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cheese bombs on a serving platter with a small bowl of marinara sauce for dipping, and sprinkle with extra parsley for a fresh touch. Enjoy!
