Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries (plus extra for garnish)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the crust resembles wet sand.

Form the Crust: Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, forming a firm layer. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Make the Filling: In another mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.

Add Yogurt and Flavorings: Gently fold in the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

Fold in Blueberries: Take 1 cup of fresh blueberries and fold them gently into the filling mixture without mashing them.

Assemble the Cake: Pour the blueberry filling over the chilled graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Chill the Cake: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to set properly.

Serve: Once set, remove the cake from the springform pan. Garnish with extra fresh blueberries and drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top before serving.

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 30 minutes (includes chilling time) | Servings: 8

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve slices on white plates for a beautiful contrast, and garnish each slice with fresh mint leaves or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch.
