1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease if necessary.

      Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

        Pour in the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup; stir until well combined. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
