2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

    Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a pinwheel. Once rolled, gently press the edges to seal.

        Repeat steps 2-3 with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each pinwheel into 1-inch pieces.

            Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. If desired, serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
