Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a garlic butter mixture.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.

Take each biscuit, flatten it slightly, and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching it tightly to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.

Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet seam-side down.

Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the cheese bombs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

                    Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 12

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheese bombs warm, arranged on a platter, and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top. Garnish with extra chopped parsley for a pop of color!
