2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for spice

Begin by preparing the avocados. Carefully cut each avocado in half, removing the pit, and scoop out a little bit of the flesh to create more space for the filling. Chop the scooped-out avocado and set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, chopped basil, and the reserved avocado.

      Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes if you like a little heat. Gently toss everything together to combine.

        Using a spoon, generously fill each avocado half with the Caprese mixture.

          Arrange the stuffed avocados on a serving platter and drizzle any remaining balsamic glaze on top for added flavor.
