Instructions
Begin by brewing a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely. For the best flavor, it can be refrigerated.
In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, cocoa powder, caramel sauce, sugar, and ice.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and frosty.
Taste the frappuccino and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, then blend again for a few seconds.
Drizzle a little caramel sauce around the inside of your serving glass for a beautiful presentation.
Pour the blended frappuccino into the prepared glass.
Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and drizzle more caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if you like a sweet-and-salty contrast.
