Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup pickles, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the cut russet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Bake the Fries: Spread the fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Ground Beef: While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Assemble the Loaded Fries: Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly on top. Follow with the shredded cheddar cheese; return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Toppings: Remove the loaded fries from the oven. Immediately top with diced tomatoes, red onion, and pickles.

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Drizzle this dressing over the loaded fries for extra flavor.

Garnish: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for a pop of color and freshness.

                  Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the loaded fries directly from the baking sheet or transfer them to a large serving platter. Offer extra dressing on the side for dipping, and add small bowls of additional toppings for a DIY twist at the table!
