Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Remove the veggies from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced sirloin steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned and cooked to your liking.

Combine Everything: Return the sautéed vegetables back to the skillet with the steak. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.

Add Tortellini and Cheese: Toss in the cooked tortellini and shredded provolone cheese. Gently stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a little extra beef broth to loosen it up.

Final Seasoning: Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper as needed.

Serve: Spoon the cheesesteak tortellini mixture onto plates. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
