1 large French baguette

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise, creating two long halves. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

      In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well blended.

        Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.

          In another bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese to create a cheesy filling. Mix until smooth.

            Spread the cheesy mixture generously over the garlic buttered sides of the baguette halves.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.

                  Slice into bite-sized pieces and garnish with fresh parsley.
