Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup mixed salad greens (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite dressing for serving

Instructions

Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.

Shred Chicken: Once the chicken is cool enough to handle, shred it using two forks.

Mix Cheesy Filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix well until combined.

Assemble Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, add salad greens and diced tomatoes if desired.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly, starting from the bottom. Repeat with all tortillas.

Toast Wraps: Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip and toast the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Slice and Serve: Cut each wrap in half on a diagonal and serve hot, drizzled with ranch dressing if desired.
