1 cup cherry syrup (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups sparkling water (chilled)

1 cup heavy cream

Crushed ice

Fresh cherries for garnish

Whipped cream (optional)

Maraschino cherries for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Glasses: Fill tall soda glasses or cups with crushed ice, filling them about halfway.

    Add the Cherry Syrup: Pour about 1/4 cup of cherry syrup over the ice in each glass, adjusting according to your taste preference.

      Pour the Sparkling Water: Slowly add 1/2 cup of sparkling water to each glass to create fizziness. Stir gently to combine the syrup and the sparkling water without losing too much carbonation.
