Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a deep round baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough cans and separate each biscuit into quarters. You should have about 32 pieces.

Coat the Biscuit Pieces: In another bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the melted butter. This step helps to give the bread a rich flavor and prevents sticking.

Layer the Ingredients: Take half of the biscuit pieces and layer them on the bottom of the prepared pan. Then, add half of the chicken mixture on top of the biscuit layer. Repeat with the remaining biscuit pieces and the chicken mixture.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over the top of the final chicken layer.

Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuit dough is cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Once out of the oven, let the monkey bread sit for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. If desired, drizzle with some extra Alfredo sauce for a saucy finish.

Garnish: Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for added color and flavor.

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the monkey bread warm right from the bundt pan, allowing guests to pull apart their portions. Consider serving it alongside a fresh green salad for a complete meal!
