Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Brush the corn evenly with the marinade, ensuring each ear is well-coated.
Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the warm corn for an extra burst of flavor.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
