Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can (15 oz) chili beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium saucepan over low heat, add olive oil and allow it to warm.

Add the softened cream cheese to the saucepan and stir continuously until melted and smooth.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper into the cream cheese mixture, stirring to combine well.

Gradually add the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese, stirring until each addition is fully melted and integrated into the mixture.

Pour in the canned diced tomatoes with green chilies and the chili beans. Fold everything together carefully, allowing the ingredients to meld.

Once the dip is heated through, remove from heat and mix in the sour cream until creamy and well combined.

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more salt or spices according to preference.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
