Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing well until fully incorporated.
Add the sour cream and vanilla extract to the mixture and continue to blend until everything is well combined and fluffy.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
Transfer the cheesecake dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with chocolate syrup on top for a decorative touch.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to set.
Notes
