Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup (plus extra for drizzling)

Powdered sugar for dusting

Fresh strawberries or blueberries for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the cinnamon rolls: Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces (quarters) and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the egg mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until fully combined.

Coat the dough pieces: Pour the egg mixture over the cut cinnamon roll pieces and gently toss until all pieces are well coated.

Arrange for baking: Spread the coated cinnamon roll pieces evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are cooked through.

Cool slightly: Let the bites cool for a couple of minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving plate.

Drizzle & dust: Drizzle some maple syrup on top and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Optionally, add fresh berries on the side for a pop of color and freshness.
