Ingredients

1 cup fresh cranberries (or 1 can of whole cranberry sauce)

1-2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust based on heat preference)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tablespoon honey (adjust for sweetness)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

Instructions

If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water and place them in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the cranberries burst. Drain and set aside to cool. If using canned cranberries, simply open and pour into a mixing bowl.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt (or sour cream) until smooth.

Add the cooled (or canned) cranberries, chopped jalapeños, chopped green onions, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more honey if you desire a sweeter dip.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions or additional jalapeños for a pop of color and freshness.

              Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 4-6

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the dip in a beautiful bowl surrounded by an array of crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping. Adding a sprig of fresh parsley or cilantro on top can enhance the presentation.
