Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz medium shell pasta

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup spinach leaves, chopped

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute.

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add the beef broth to the skillet with the cooked ground beef, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring until the sauce begins to thicken slightly, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese into the creamy sauce, stirring until the cheese is completely melted.

Incorporate the chopped spinach into the mix, allowing it to wilt in the heat, about 2 minutes.

Gently fold the cooked shell pasta into the creamy beef sauce until well coated.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
