Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup chicken broth

8 ounces penne pasta

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions and additional cheddar cheese for garnish

Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.

Pour the buffalo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crock pot using two forks.

Add the softened cream cheese to the crock pot and stir until melted and well combined.

Stir in the uncooked penne pasta. Ensure it is submerged in the sauce.

Cover and cook on high for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente.

Once the pasta is done, stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions and additional cheddar cheese.
