Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the food processor.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired. Blend again to combine.
Once the mousse is smooth and creamy, transfer it into serving bowls or glasses.
Refrigerate the mousse for at least 30 minutes to chill and set the flavors.
Before serving, top with your choice of dairy-free whipped cream, fresh berries, or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
