To make delicious cheesy garlic bombs, you need simple ingredients. Start with 2 cups of all-purpose flour. This forms the base of your dough. You will also need 1 tablespoon of baking powder. This helps your bombs rise. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt for flavor. Don't forget 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder; it adds a nice kick! For the wet mix, use 3/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter. The milk keeps the dough moist. You also need 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. This is the star of the show! Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then pour in the milk and melted butter. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed. The dough will be slightly sticky.

On a floured surface, turn out the dough and gently knead it for about 1 minute until it’s smooth.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Take each piece and flatten it into a small disk, then place a teaspoon of shredded mozzarella in the center.

Carefully fold the edges of the disk around the cheese, pinching to seal the edges, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough pieces.

Place the cheese-stuffed balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, remaining garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the balls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

                        Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 12

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheesy garlic bombs in a basket, lined with parchment paper for an appealing touch. Garnish with extra chopped parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan on top for an inviting look! Enjoy warm with marinara sauce for dipping!
