Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Earl Grey tea bags

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

½ cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lemon

Ice cubes

Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Boil the Water: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a simmer over medium heat.

Steep the Tea: Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes (or adjust based on desired strength).

Prepare Raspberry Blend: While the tea is steeping, place 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a blender. Add ½ cup of honey/agave syrup and the lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Raspberry Mixture: Using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, strain the raspberry mixture into a large pitcher, discarding the seeds.

Combine Tea and Raspberry: Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and pour the brewed tea into the pitcher with the raspberry mixture. Stir well to combine.

Chill the Tea: Add ice cubes to the pitcher, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill thoroughly.

Serve: Pour the chilled Earl Grey raspberry iced tea into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve in tall glasses with a slice of lemon on the rim for a refreshing look, and add a sprig of mint for an extra pop of color.
