In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the milk, Greek yogurt, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Lightly grease a donut mold with cooking spray. Fill each donut cavity about halfway with the batter to allow for rising.
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Once preheated, place the donut mold in the air fryer, ensuring there’s space for air circulation.
Air fry the donuts for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the mold from the air fryer and allow the donuts to cool slightly for 5 minutes.
In a shallow bowl, mix the 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon for the coating.
While the donuts are still warm, dip each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
Place the coated donuts on a rack to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Serve the donuts dusted with extra cinnamon sugar on a wooden platter, garnished with a few fresh mint leaves for a pop of color. Enjoy warm for the best experience!
