Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

1 package (3 oz) of berry-flavored gelatin (strawberry, raspberry, etc.)

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for garnish

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, dissolve the berry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.

Once dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture. Place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until it starts to thicken but is not fully set.

While the gelatin sets, whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.

Once the gelatin is thickened, gently fold in a little more than half of the whipped cream into the gelatin mixture. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

Spoon the gelatin mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2–3 hours, or until completely set.

Before serving, top the pie with the remaining whipped cream and arrange fresh berries on top for added color and a festive touch.
