Ingredients

12 large jumbo shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked spinach, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Stuff the Shells: Carefully fill each jumbo shell with the cheese and spinach mixture. Set aside.

Assemble the Dish: Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, seam side up. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
