Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the seasoned beef for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Set aside to cool slightly.

Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into the individual triangles.

Take a generous tablespoon of the cooked beef mixture and place it in the center of each crescent roll triangle. Top each one with a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Carefully fold the sides of the crescent roll dough over the filling, pinching to seal completely and forming a “bomb.”

Place the prepared cheeseburger bombs on the lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for an extra golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Then, sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
