Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup elbow macaroni

2 cups beef broth

1 cup milk

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if needed.

Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until the macaroni is cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions on top.

                Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve in a large bowl or individual plates, with extra shredded cheese sprinkled on top. A side of crusty bread would be a perfect accompaniment!
