4 black tea bags

4 cups boiling water

1 large orange, sliced

1 cinnamon stick

3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

2 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a heatproof pitcher, pour the boiling water over the tea bags and add the cinnamon stick. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Remove the tea bags and cinnamon stick, then stir in the honey until fully dissolved.

Add the sliced orange to the tea mixture. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Once chilled, add the 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
