1 can of refrigerated croissant dough

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Unroll the croissant dough on a clean, flat surface and separate the triangles along the perforations.

      On the wide end of each triangle, place about 2-3 slices of pepperoni, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top of the cheese for added flavor.

        Carefully roll up each croissant, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point, enclosing the filling as you go.

          Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.

            In a small bowl, beat the egg to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of the croissants with the egg wash, which will give them a golden color when baked.
