Ingredients
  

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your favorite toppings)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

    On a clean surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.

      Place a small spoonful of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center of each square.

        Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of the filling. If desired, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.

          Fold the corners of the dough square over the filling, pinching them together to seal tightly. Make sure there are no openings for the filling to escape during baking.

            In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the garlic olive oil mixture.

              Place the stuffed pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

                  Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

                    Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
