2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

3/4 cup warm water

Optional: 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. If using, add the dried oregano or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.

    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the olive oil and warm water.

      Mix with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms.

        Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.

          Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

            Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to your desired thickness (about 1/4 inch for a thinner crust). Place it on a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.

              Add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

                  Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
