2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon chili oil (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
