Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss gently and let sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.

    In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

      Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the whole tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Sprinkle a tablespoon of the macerated strawberries over the cream cheese layer.

          Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.

            Once all tortillas are rolled, in a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter.

              Roll each tortilla in the graham cracker mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.

                Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces and place them on a serving platter.

                  Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to chill. Drizzle with whipped cream before serving if desired.
