Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Fresh herbs (like parsley) for garnish

Assorted crackers and vegetables for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan. Mix until smooth and well integrated.

Stir in the chopped scallions, diced red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Blend until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into a large ball using your hands. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

After the cheese ball has chilled, remove it from the fridge and roll it in the chopped pecans until evenly coated. Press slightly to ensure they stick.

Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh herbs around the base for added color.

Serve the cheese ball with an assortment of crackers and fresh vegetables for dipping.

              Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 45 min | Servings: 8-10

                - Presentation Tips: Form the cheese ball to resemble a football by elongating it slightly. Use strips of chive or sliced olives to create the laces on top for a fun touch!
