Ingredients

1 lb roast beef, sliced thin

8 slider buns

4 slices provolone cheese

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional: Pickled jalapeños for a spicy kick

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, diced rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and allow the flavors to blend for about 5 minutes.

Slice each slider bun in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the buns, placing about 3-4 slices per slider.

Top the roast beef with a slice of provolone cheese, allowing it to slightly hang over the edges.

Drizzle about half of the broth mixture over the roast beef and cheese layers, reserving the rest for dipping.

If using, add pickled jalapeños on top for an extra kick of flavor.

Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders, brushing them with melted butter.

Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then carefully slice the sliders apart.

Serve warm with the reserved broth for dipping.
