Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm water (110°F)

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Additional melted butter for brushing

Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the frothy yeast mixture and melted butter.

Stir the mixture until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

While the dough is rising, prepare the garlic butter mixture by combining the minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and a few tablespoons of melted butter in a bowl. Set aside.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a baking dish. Place the dough balls in the dish, spacing them slightly apart.

Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the rolls with a towel again and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Brush with additional melted butter before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours | Servings: 12 Rolls

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the rolls warm, arranged on a wooden board or in a basket lined with a cloth for an inviting look. Garnish with additional parsley for color.
