Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
In a larger bowl, add the shrimp and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer, leaving a little space in between each shrimp for even cooking.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Once hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
Serve the skewers warm, drizzled with any remaining garlic butter sauce from the bowl for extra flavor.
Notes
Serve the skewers on a platter garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley for a vibrant look. Pair with a fresh green salad or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
